Every candidate must demonstrate direct ownership of a profit-and-loss statement with meaningful revenue scale. Advisory roles, project leadership without budget authority, and consulting engagements do not qualify.
Outcome-Based Reference Check
We conduct structured reference interviews with former board members, direct reports, and peers—focused exclusively on measurable outcomes: revenue growth, team scale, market expansion, or successful exits.
Panel Interview with Founding Partners
Final candidates present a case study from their operational history to our founding partner panel. We evaluate decision-making quality, communication clarity, and executive presence under pressure.
Fractional Deployment Trial
Selected executives complete a supervised engagement before joining the active network. This ensures their ability to perform in a fractional or interim capacity—a different discipline from full-time executive leadership.
